IFG Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy - International Foundation Group (IFG)
Loading...

IFG is committed to creating a fair, inclusive and respectful learning environment where all students are valued and supported to achieve their full potential. We recognise that our diverse student community brings different experiences, identities and perspectives, and we believe this diversity enriches learning, teaching and student life. This policy sets out IFG’s commitment to equality of opportunity, respect and inclusion for everyone in our community.

In line with the Equality Act 2010, IFG does not tolerate discrimination, bullying, harassment or victimisation on any grounds, including age, disability, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, pregnancy or maternity. We aim to remove barriers to learning, promote inclusive teaching practices, and ensure that all students feel safe, respected and confident to participate fully in their studies and the wider IFG community.

This policy also explains how IFG responds to concerns or complaints about discrimination or unfair treatment. If you experience or witness behaviour that is discriminatory or unacceptable, you can raise this through the appropriate procedures, and IFG will take your concerns seriously, handle them sensitively, and act promptly and fairly.
