Getting around Abu Dhabi

Taxis are a safe, regulated and reliable way to get around. Ridesharing apps, including Uber are also available and widely used. Abu Dhabi also has a good network of public buses and of course you can also rent a car or rent a CareemBike or kickscooter and get around by yourself.

Dubai is a short trip for students studying at IFG Abu Dhabi and home to students at IFG Dubai.

The city offers a wide range of restaurants, nightlife, beaches and festivals. Plus, many activities are free including a visit to Al Seef Dubai which offers a perfect mix of old and new Dubai. You can also take a walk through the vibrant streets of Karama, one of the best places for street art in Dubai.We also recommend a trip to the Bur Dubai Grand Mosque which is located opposite the Dubai Museum.

You can also enjoy picnics in Al Barsha Pond Park and Burj Park ora barbeque at Al Qudra Lake.  Or plan a free visit to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, home to many bird species including flamingos.
