Chris studied for his PhD at the University of Birmingham having previously gained  First Class Honours at the same university. He has vast experience as a teacher and researcher in the field of Biomedical Science and has published numerous peer reviewed articles.

Chris’s other passions are computer programming and mathematics and he has a degree in Applied Maths, Physics and Computer Science. He is a highly experienced 2D and 3D graphics programmer. He is also a keen botanist and zoologist and combines his teaching at IFG with research at the Natural History Museum.

To the rest of us at IFG with rather less brain cells, Chris is just a caring and outstanding teacher and an invaluable member of the team.
