1. A deposit of a minimum of 35% is required towards tuition fees in order to reserve a place on the chosen programme. This deposit is refundable if the student withdraws from the programme within 14 days of signing agreement to the Terms and Conditions. However, in the case of international students, who require a visa and once we have issued a visa letter, a refund can only be made once the student has confirmed by email that they have withdrawn or will not submit their visa application.

2. If a visa application is rejected, a full refund will be made less a fee of £100 to cover administrative costs.

3. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if a student has submitted false information in his/her visa application. If the UK Visa and Immigration Department (UKVI) suspects that documents are fraudulent, and includes this in the reasons given for rejection of an application, then the onus is on the student to prove their genuineness.

4. In the case of students on courses of up to three months duration, the remainder of tuition fees are payable on or prior to enrolment.

5. In the case of students on courses of more than three months duration, the remainder of tuition fees are payable in equal instalments prior to the commencement of the first and second terms of study. The offer letter outlines payment schedules.

6. In the event of a course being cancelled, a full refund is made with no deductions.

7. A 5% deduction is made for students on courses of more than three months duration if all tuition fees are paid on or prior to enrolment.

8. We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above base rate in cases where fees are not paid on time and/or suspend students from the College until payment is received.

9. In the event of a student wishing to leave the course before completion, the College requires written confirmation that the student has decided to leave and their leaving date.

10. In the unlikely event of there being too few students to make the running of a course viable, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this event, a student will be given the option of transferring to another course or being given a full refund.

11. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the course prior to enrolment. In this case, students will be informed of these changes and given the option of transferring to another course or being given a full refund.
