1. A deposit of a minimum of 35% is required towards tuition fees in order to reserve a place on the chosen programme. This deposit is refundable if the student withdraws from the programme within 14 days of signing agreement to the Terms and Conditions. However, in the case of international students, once we have issued a visa letter, a refund can only be made where the application for a visa has been rejected.
2. If a visa application is rejected, a full refund will be made less a fee of £100 to cover administrative costs
3. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if a student has submitted false information in his/her visa application. If the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) suspects that documents are fraudulent, and includes this in the reasons given for rejection of an application, then the onus is on the student to prove their genuineness.
4. In the case of students on courses of up to three months duration, the remainder of tuition fees are payable on or prior to enrolment.
5. In the case of students on courses of more than three months duration, the remainder of tuition fees are payable in equal instalments prior to the commencement of the first and second terms of study. The offer letter outlines payment schedules.
6. In the event of a course being cancelled, a full refund is made with no deductions.
7. A 5% deduction is made for students on courses of more than three months duration if all tuition fees are paid on or prior to enrolment.
8. We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above base rate in cases where fees are not paid on time and/or suspend students from the College until payment is received.
9. In the event of a student wishing to leave the course before completion, the College requires a notice period of three months
10. In the unlikely event of there being too few students to make the running of a course viable, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this event, a student will be given the option of transferring to another course or being given a full refund.
11. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the course prior to enrolment. In this case, students will be informed of these changes and given the option of transferring to another course or being given a full refund.
12. While we make every effort to ensure the safety and security of our students on campus, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal possessions. We therefore advise you to take out personal contents insurance.
13. Data Protection. All information on students is held securely by the College in line with relevant data protection legislation.
14. If you are 18 or over, information on you and your progress will not be discussed with any third party without your written permission.
15. For students under 18 years of age, we will share information with parents or guardians on request.
16. The College has a Complaints and Appeals Process which is available to all students and applicants on request.
17. The College expects all students to adhere to our Academic Misconduct Policy and Code of Conduct as shown in the Policies section of our website.
